Delivery and Return Service

Items you ordered directly from our site www.karcherstore-eastafrica.com will be shipped from our warehouse located in Tatu City, Ruiru to the delivery address you specified when ordering. Items purchased are usually ready to ship within a standard estimated time of 2-4 business days and once shipped they cannot be cancelled. All orders are shipped via partner shipping services.

 

DELIVERY COSTS:

  • Delivery costs are indicated when ordering. 
  • Delivery costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the order.
  • Free delivery for orders above KES 50,000

 

TRACKING:
You will receive a shipping confirmation Email containing your package delivery information.

 

DELIVERY DAY:
Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

REVERSE LOGISTICS:

We offer a 48-hour return policy from receipt. The returned product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. If your return item arrives without its original packaging or is deemed unsuitable by our inspection team, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.

To initiate a return, please email our team at the following email address: customercare.ke@karcher.com, indicating the name and number of your order, as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service will then ask you some mandatory questions to avoid abuse.
